De Witt, MO (October 15, 2021) – A crash reported on Wednesday evening, October 13, left two men injured. At around 5:50 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was requested on-site at a crash on US Highway 24.
Reports from MSHP Cpl. A. M. Beckwith show that a collision between a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox and a 2008 Chevrolet Impala took place on US Highway 24 just east of Country Road 241.
The drivers of both vehicles were injured. 30-year-old Patrick Swan, who was driving the Impala, was transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall, Missouri for treatment. The driver of the Equinox, 19-year-old Trenton Kiesling, was transported to Carrol County Memorial Hospital in Carrollton, Missouri.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
