Kansas City, MO (October 13, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident involving a Kansas City Fire Department truck sent one person to a local hospital with serious injuries. Just before 7 p.m., on October 12, emergency crews were called to the site of a crash on 51st Street.
Reports from authorities show that a firetruck and a Chevrolet sedan were involved in a collision on 51st Street at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue. The incident left the Chevrolet with moderate damage.
The driver of the Chevrolet sustained serious injuries in the accident. The victim was rushed to a local hospital for emergency medical care.
