Lampe, MO (October 8, 2021) – One person was left injured following a motorcycle accident in the Lampe area on Thursday morning, October 7. The victim has since been identified as 55-year-old Andrew Boyom of Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
At around 11:05 a.m., Boyom was riding a 2003 Harley Davidson motorcycle on Missouri State Highway 86. As a 2018 Honda Ridgeline, driven by 73-year-old Mary Youle, attempted to make a left turn, it collided with the motorcycle.
Boyom sustained moderate injuries in the accident. He was transported via ambulance to Cox South Hospital of Springfield for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
