St. Charles, MO (October 17, 2021) – One man was left injured as a result of a two-vehicle collision in St. Charles on Friday afternoon, October 15. At around 12:27 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on US Highway 61.
Reports from MSHP Trooper K. T. Welker show that a 2019 Ford Ranger was traveling on the southbound side of US Highway 61 when the vehicle collided with a 2016 Ford Fiesta near Route W.
The driver of the Fiesta, 29-year-old Ryan Albin, was injured in the crash. He was rendered aid at the scene and transported by St. Charles County EMS to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
