St. Charles, MO (October 14, 2021) – A man and a woman were left injured following a motor vehicle accident in St. Charles on Wednesday, October 13.
At around 1:05 p.m., a 2008 Dodge Nitro and a 2019 Kenworth T680 were both traveling west on Interstate 70. For unknown reasons, the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Dodge, 40-year-old Christopher Nilges, and his passenger, 36-year-old Mary Bayne, were both injured in the accident. The two victims were transported to SSM Health Depaul Hospital By. St Charles County Ambulance for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
