Urich, MO (October 15, 2020) – A two-car collision that resulted in the hospitalization of both drivers involved took place along State Highway 7, near the intersection of Route DD on Tuesday, October 13th.
As reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 7:40 p.m. when a 2000 Dodge headed northbound along MO-7 slowed down to make a turn and was rear-ended by a 2020 Toyota that failed to notice that the Dodge had slowed down.
The driver of the Dodge, a 20-year-old female, and the driver of the Toyota, a 43-year-old female, both sustained injuries and were transported by Golden Valley emergency medical services to Research Hospital.
This accident remains under investigation by local law enforcement.
