Passenger Injuries in Barton County

When a Missouri car accident results in injuries to a passenger, they often get frustrated when looking for reliable legal advice and the fastest way to secure financial compensation for their damages.

The state of Missouri follows fault-based/comparative negligence insurance statutes where car accidents are concerned. Vehicle passengers, however, have no engagement in the negligence aspect of a car accident claim. This is because they have no control over the vehicle and, therefore, can’t be held liable for any part of the crash.

Trying to establish which driver’s insurance policy should be pressed for financial compensation can be tricky due to the fact that auto insurance laws are very complex, making this a decision best left to an experienced Missouri personal injury attorney.
