Camden, MO (September 25, 2021) – Authorities have identified 23-year-old Kaylee Alvarado from Nixa, Missouri as the victim injured in the car crash on Friday evening in Camden County. Just after 11 p.m., on September 24, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Highway 5.
Preliminary investigations from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2009 Saturn Aurora, driven by 25-year-old Crystal Marval, was stopped on northbound Highway 5 to make a left turn on El Tampa Road.
For unknown reasons, the vehicle was involved in an accident with a 2018 Jeep Compass, driven by Alvarado, and a 2000 Ford Mustang, driven by 44-year-old Michael Davis.
Alvarado sustained injuries in the accident and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital via Lake West EMS. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
