Kansas City, MO (September 06, 2021) – One man was killed and a woman was critically injured on Monday, September 6th when a motorcycle and a pick-up truck collided with one another in Midtown Kansas City.
Police said that at about 12:50 a.m., a red Honda motorcycle was driving westbound on 39th Street when it collided with a white Chevrolet Silverado that was traveling eastbound and making a lefthand turn onto Harrison Parkway.
The man who was driving the motorcycle was ejected, as was his female passenger. The man was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman was transported to an area hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pick-up truck was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
