Head-On Car Accidents in Memphis
A head-on accident is a specific kind of collision that happens when the fronts of two vehicles make contact. Since these crashes often involve vehicles traveling at high rates of speed, they kill more people than any other kind of accident.
If you were injured in a head-on collision, you need to speak with a Missouri car accident attorney right away to go over your case. Injuries caused by a head-on collision are typically serious. Growing medical bills and unhelpful insurance adjusters add unnecessary frustration to an already stressful situation. Additionally, most victims need financial compensation to pay for physical therapy, long-term care, and lost income.
Most head-on accidents are the result of the negligent actions of someone behind the wheel. Some examples of negligent actions include a distracted driver on their phone, a driver under the influence, and a driver that runs a red light. While these situations are upsettingly common, they are not the only cause of these crashes. Dangerous roadways and vehicle defects can also cause head-on accidents.
