Boone, MO (April 28, 2022) – Two men were left injured following a motor vehicle accident in the Boone area on Monday evening, April 25. At around 5:25 p.m., authorities were dispatched to the scene of an auto accident on Route WW.
Reports provided by Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a collision between a 1999 GMC Jimmy and a 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe occurred on the westbound side of Route WW near Rolling Hills Road. The impact of the crash left both vehicles with extensive damage, requiring them to be towed from the scene.
EMS rendered aid to 18-year-old Jason Clark and 20-year-old James Westbrooke at the scene. Both victims were transported to University Hospital for further treatment of injuries.
At this time, the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
