Kansas City, MO (April 14, 2022) – At least one person was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in the Kansas City area. At around 3:45 p.m., on April 12, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Interstate 70.
Reports provided by the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department show that a crash between vehicles blocked the eastbound side of the interstate. The incident caused delays in the area of Grand Boulevard.
EMS responded to the scene to treat victims who sustained injuries in the accident. Those in need of further care were transported to area hospitals.
