Rogersville, MO (April 5, 2022) – An auto accident reported in Green County left two bicyclists injured. At around 12:16 p.m., on April 4, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of an auto accident on Farm Road 164.
Reports provided by authorities show that a 2016 Ford F-350 was traveling on Farm Road 164 when it crashed into the rear of one bicyclist near Farm Road 227. The force of the impact caused the bicycle to crash into a second bicycle.
The two riders, 70-year-old Candace Brandt and 70-year-old Steven Brandt, were injured. Both victims were transported to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
