Shawnee Township, MO (April 13, 2022) – One woman was left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Henry County on Tuesday afternoon, April 12. At around 12:55 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an auto accident on Missouri State Route 13.
Reports from authorities show that a 2021 Chevrolet Colorado and a 2020 International were involved in a collision on Missouri State Route 13 in the area of Route M. The incident caused some disruptions in the area as crews worked to clear the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet, 72-year-old Bernice Martin, sustained injuries in the accident. Martin was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Hospital for medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
