Just before 7 p.m., on April 8, calls for assistance came in surrounding an auto accident on Interstate 44. Reports show that an undisclosed number of vehicles collided on the eastbound side of Interstate 44 just before the area of Park Avenue. The incident blocked two right lanes on the interstate, causing some delays in traffic throughout the area.
