Ste Genevieve, MO (April 5, 2022) – One woman was left with serious injuries following a traffic-related incident in Ste Genevieve on Saturday evening, April 2.
At around 7:45 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of an auto accident on Old Route TT.
Reports from MSHP Trooper CC Battreal show that a 2004 Yamaha Raptor and a 2018 Honda TRX were involved in an accident on Route TT just north of US Highway 61. The impact of the crash left both vehicles totaled.
The driver of the Yamaha, 29-year-old Caleb Hinchey, sustained serious injuries in the crash. She was transported by Air Evac to Barnes Jewish Hospital for emergency medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
