Kirbyville, MO (August 18, 2022) – An automobile accident took place in the Kirbyville area that ended in injuries. At around 6:45 p.m., on August 16, emergency crews were dispatched to an auto wreck that occurred on Missouri State Route 76.
Preliminary reports from authorities show that a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado crashed into the rear of a 2019 Nissan Rogue on Missouri State Route 76. The two vehicles were both totaled as a result of the crash.
Two people in the Nissan were injured. EMS rendered aid to 69-year-old Celia Followill and 75-year-old Richard Followill at the scene. Both victims were then transported to Cox Hospital in Branson, Missouri for further treatment of injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by MSHP at this time.
