Marston, MO – Truck Crash on Route EE Leaves One Man Injured

Marston, MO (August 10, 2022) – A truck accident reported in New Madrid County left one man injured. At around 7:05 a.m., on August 8, the Missouri State Highway Patrol received a notification that a truck accident took place on Route EE that required assistance.

Reports from local authorities show that a 2015 international truck ran a stop sign on route EE, just ¼ mile east of Marston, Missouri. As a result, the international truck crashed into a 1993 Freightliner.

Both vehicles were extensively damaged and had to be removed from the scene by area tow companies.

One man involved in the crash was injured. EMS rendered aid to 53-year-old Yahannis Adera at the scene. Adera was then to Missouri Delta and Sikeston, Missouri, where he underwent further treatment for injuries.

The crash is under investigation at this time.
