Callaway, MO – Two-Vehicle Crash Leaves One Man Injured on County Rd 4005 near Route AA

Callaway, MO (December 6, 2022) – Emergency officials were sent to the scene of a traffic crash that left a 64-year-old man injured on Monday morning. At around 1125 a.m., on December 5, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to provide assistance at the scene of a crash on County Road 4005.

According to reports, a collision between the 2009 Honda Rincon and a 2000 Honda Accord took place on County Road 4005, just two miles east of Route AA. The impact of the crash caused the driver of the Honda Rincon to be ejected from the vehicle.

The victim, 64-year-old Douglas Veit of Tebetts, sustained injuries in the crash. He was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital, where he underwent emergency care.

At this time, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is in charge of the investigation into the crash.
