Springfield, MO (December 8, 2022) – A 15-year-old male from Springfield, Missouri, was left seriously injured as a result of a crash involving a dirt bike that took place in Greene County. At around 5:24 p.m., on December 7, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to a crash on Farm Road 136.
According to law enforcement, a 2009 Yamaha dirt bike was riding in the area of Farm Road 136, just one mile east of Springfield, Missouri, when a 2007 Lexus RX350 drove into their path. As a result, the two vehicles collided.
The 15-year-old male that was riding the dirt bike suffered serious injuries in the crash. He was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri, for emergency medical care.
The incident remains under investigation.
