Car Accidents in Missouri

St Louis, MO – Four Injured in Auto Accident on I-70 near Lucas and Hut RdEach year, countless people are hospitalized with severe injuries as a result of crashes. Unfortunately, rear-end accidents are one of the leading causes of injuries in our state.

There are a few key reasons why rear-end accidents happen more often in congested areas. First, when traffic is heavier, there are more opportunities for someone to make a mistake and cause an accident.

Second, drivers in congested areas are often trying to hurry and may not be paying as much attention to their surroundings as they should be. Third, bumper-to-bumper traffic makes it difficult for drivers to stop suddenly if they need to, which can lead to rear-end collisions.

If you drive in congested areas frequently, it’s important to be extra careful and take your time. Pay attention to the cars around you and give yourself plenty of space to brake. Be patient, and don’t try to hurry through traffic; it’s not worth risking an accident.
