Waynesville, MO – 17-Year-Old Male Killed in Box Truck Crash on I-44 near MM 151.6

Waynesville, MO (December 4, 2022) – A truck accident took place in Pulaski County that claimed the life of a 17-year-old male from Fair Grove, Missouri. At around 2 a.m., on December 4, emergency crews were called to the scene of an automobile accident on Interstate 44.

According to law enforcement, a 2001 Ford Ranger and a 2019 international Penske box truck collided on the eastbound side of Interstate 44 near mile marker 151.6. The incident left the Ford totaled. The box truck suffered severe damage as well. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

The driver of the Ford, a 17-year-old male from Fair Grove, Missouri, suffered fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
