Cape Fair, MO (February 14, 2022) – A motor vehicle crash in Stone County left two people injured. At around 12:20 a.m., on February 13, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was requested on-site at a traffic-related incident on Missouri State Highway 76.
Reports from MSHP show that a collision between a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze and a second unidentified vehicle occurred on Missouri State Route 76 in the Cape Fair area.
The crash left the Chevrolet with moderate damage rendering it unable to be driven.
Two people in the Chevrolet were injured. EMS transported 77-year-old Loraine Batson and 85-year-old Donnie Batson to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
