Forsyth, MO (February 17, 2022) – Two people were left injured following a motor vehicle accident on Monday afternoon in Taney County. Just after 2 p.m., on February 14, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Missouri State Highway 76.
Reports from authorities show that a 2013 Ford Explorer and a 2014 Isuzu NPR were involved in a crash on Missouri State Highway 76 just one mile west of Forsyth. The crash left both vehicles with significant damage, rendering them both unable to be driven.
The drivers of both vehicles were injured. A medical helicopter transported 49-year-old Kimberly Kaufman to Cox South in Springfield for emergency medical care.
A second victim, 49-year-old Bryan Johnson, was transported to Mercy Springfield by EMS for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
