Houston, MO (February 13, 2022) – Two people were transported to area hospitals with injuries following a two-vehicle accident in Texas County on Saturday morning, February 12. At around 3:45 a.m., authorities were requested on-site at a crash on Highway 17.
Reports from Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado crossed over the center lines while traveling on Highway 17. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a 2007 Chrysler 300 just four miles north of Houston.
Two people involved in the accident were injured. EMS transported 17-year-old male and 42-year-old Angela Huff to Texas County Memorial Hospital for emergency medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
