Jefferson, MO (February 23, 2022) – A traffic-related incident reported in Jefferson County left two women injured. Just before 10:15 a.m., on February 18, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Highway 141.
Reports from authorities show that a 2003 Ford Explorer and a 2013 Toyota Venza collided on Highway 141 near Schneider Drive after the driver of the Toyota failed to stop at a steady red light.
Two people involved in the crash were injured. EMS transported 35-year-old Shaunda Stotts and 74-year-old Mary Hendricks to Mercy Hospital South for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
