St Louis, MO (February 11, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the St Louis area left two people injured. At around 8 a.m., on February 10, emergency crews were requested on-site at a traffic-related incident on Interstate 55.
Reports provided by Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper M.T. McCoy show that a collision between a 2015 Chevrolet Cruze and a 2021 Acura RDX occurred on the northbound side of Interstate 55 just south of Butler Hill Road.
The incident left both vehicles with extensive damage, prompting them to be towed from the scene.
The drivers of both vehicles were injured. The two victims, 35-year-old Bradley Davenport and 39-year-old Amy McMahon, were both transported to Mercy Hospital South for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
