Taylor, MO (February 26, 2022) – At around 9:15 a.m., on February 24, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a crash on US Highway 61.
Reports from MSHP Trooper Smith show that a 2006 GMC Envoy and a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox collided on US Highway 61 just three miles south of Lagrange.
The driver of the GMC, 35-year-old Sharon Platt, sustained moderate injuries in the accident. Lewis County Ambulance transported the injured woman to Blessing Hospital for emergency medical care.
At this time, the circumstances surrounding the accident are under investigation.
