Union Township, MO (February 17, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Cass County sent one man to a local hospital with serious injuries. At around 11:30 a.m., on February 14, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a crash on South Hunter Road.
Reports from authorities show that a collision between a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox and a 2012 Toyota Rav4 occurred on South Hunter Road just south of East 243rd Road. Both vehicles were totaled in the crash and had to be towed from the scene.
EMS rendered aid to 31-year-old Dustin Taylor at the scene. He was then transported by West Peculiar Fire to Research Medical Center for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
