Warsaw, MO (February 11, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Benton County sent one person to a local hospital with injuries. On February 10, emergency crews were called to the scene of an auto accident on US Highway 65.
Reports from authorities show that a 2019 Freightliner and a 2015 Subaru were involved in an accident on US Highway 65 at Balkey Road. The incident left the Subaru with extensive damage, requiring it to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Subaru, 26-year-old Janelle Williams, sustained injuries in the crash. Williams was transported to Bothwell Hospital for further care.
At this time, the Missouri State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
