Wood Heights, MO (February 17, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Ray County left one woman seriously injured. At around 2:40 p.m., on February 14, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Missouri State Route 10.
Reports from authorities show that a 2011 Ford F-250 and a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu collided on Missouri State Route 10 in the area of Oak Street. Both vehicles sustained extensive damage and had to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Chevrolet, 81-year-old Shirley Davis, sustained serious injuries in the accident. Davis was rushed to Liberty Hospital for emergency medical treatment.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
