Centerview, MO (January 28, 2022) – A crash reported in Johnson County left one man injured, according to reports provided by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Just after 6 a.m., on January 27, a rear-end collision between a 2007 Mazda CX7 and a 2010 Ford Escape occurred on the westbound side of US Highway 50 in the area just west of Northwest 391 Road.
The incident left both vehicles totaled, requiring them to be towed from the scene.
One man involved in the crash was injured. JCAD transported 42-year-old Philip Stemberger to Western Missouri Medical Center for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
