Jefferson, MO (January 7, 2022) – One woman was transported to a local hospital with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Jefferson on Thursday afternoon, January 6. At around 3:13 p.m., authorities were requested on-site at a crash on Old Highway 21.
Reports from authorities show that a collision between a 2015 Kia Optima and a 2016 Chevrolet Trax occurred on the southbound side of Old Highway 21 just south of Lisa Road.
The crash left one woman injured. EMS transported 58-year-old Mary Allbright to Mercy Hospital South for medical treatment and evaluation.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
