Kansas City, MO (January 7, 2022) – Three people were left with injuries following a motor vehicle accident in Platte County on Thursday morning. Just after 10:20 a.m., on January 6, emergency crews were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Highway 152.
Reports from the Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a rear-end collision involving a 2016 Ram and a 2017 Mercedes occurred on Highway 152 in the area near Northwest Hampton Road. The crash caused some delays throughout the area as emergency crews worked to clear the roadway.
EMS transported 48-year-old Kelly Rottinghaus, 51-year-old Gary Karnes, and 61-year-old Buddy Ewing to Liberty Hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
