Kirbyville, MO (January 8, 2022) – One man was left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Taney County on Friday afternoon, January 7. At around 2:35 p.m., authorities were called to provide assistance on-site at a crash on Missouri State Highway 76.
Reports from Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2001 Ford Ranger and a 2019 Mercedes Metris were involved in a crash on Missouri State Highway 76, just one mile west of Kirbyville.
The driver of the Ford, 18-year-old Colton Long, sustained injuries in the accident. Long was transported by ambulance to Cox Branson for care.
At this time, the crash remains under investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
