St Louis, MO (January 1, 2022) – Two men were left with serious injuries following a motor vehicle accident in the St Louis area early Saturday morning, January 1. At around 12:35 a.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 270.
Reports from local authorities show that a 2012 Hyundai Sonata was involved in a crash on the westbound side of Interstate 270. The vehicle went off the road, struck a guardrail, and overturned near West Florissant Road.
Two passengers in the vehicle were injured. EMS transported 23-year-old Christian West and 24-year-old Trayvon Stockard to SSM Health DePaul Hospital where they underwent emergency medical care.
