Woods Chapel, MO (January 1, 2022) – An automobile accident reported in the Woods Chapel area ended in injuries. At around 7:10 a.m., on January 1, emergency crews responded to the scene of a crash on Interstate 70.
Reports from authorities show that a 2012 Chrysler 2000 and a 2018 Nissan Sentra were both traveling west on Interstate 70. For unknown reasons, the Chrysler crashed into the rear of the Nissan.
The driver of the Nissan, 21-year-old Landen Battle, sustained injuries in the accident. He was transported to CenterPoint Medical Center for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
