Dearborn, MO (July 12, 2022) – One woman was transported to a local hospital for the treatment of injuries following a motor vehicle accident that occurred in Platte County. Just afternoon on July 11, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 29.
Reports provided by authorities show that 62-year-old Roseanne Craig was driving a 2013 Honda on the southbound side of Interstate 29. As she began to slow her vehicle for traffic congestion, her vehicle was struck in the rear by a 2011 Toyota. Both vehicles sustained significant damage as a result of the accident and had to be towed from the scene.
Craig sustained injuries as a result of the accident and was transported to North Kansas City Hospital by EMS for further treatment and evaluation.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Our thoughts are with Roseanne Craig at this time. We hope for her full recovery.
