Car Accidents in Missouri
Auto wrecks in Missouri leave thousands of people injured every month. There are many cases where accidents are entirely preventable. However, innocent drivers cannot prevent other drivers from engaging in reckless actions that cause them harm.
It is also common for the at-fault driver’s insurance company to try to trick victims into accepting low ball settlement offers as quickly as possible. When victims accept the settlements, it jeopardizes their chances of making a full recovery in the future. In fact, accepting a settlement offer can prevent a victim from filing a personal injury case following the accident.
