Myrtle, MO – Stephanie Stanley Injured in Two-Vehicle Truck Crash on Highway BB near Highway V

Myrtle, MO (July 22, 2022) – A crash reported in Oregon County sent one woman to a local hospital with significant injuries. At around 2:30 p.m., on July 19, crews were dispatched to the site of a collision that occurred on Highway BB.

Reports provided by Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper TM Boyles show that a 2021 Mack truck crossed over the center lines of Highway BB, just half a mile south of Highway V. As a result, the truck crashed into a 1999 Ford Ranger. The Ford was totaled as a result of the crash.

The driver of the Ford, 47-year-old Stephanie Stanley, suffered moderate injuries due to the accident. Stanley, who is from Harviell, Missouri, was transported by Oregon County Ambulance District to St. Bernard Five Rivers Medical Center in Pocahontas, Arkansas, for emergency medical treatment.

The crash is under investigation at this time.
