St Louis, MO (July 8, 2022) – One woman was hospitalized with significant injuries following a motor vehicle accident reported in the St. Louis area on Wednesday evening. At around 8:10 p.m., on July 6, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a crash that occurred on Interstate 70.
Reports provided by authorities show that a collision between a 2018 Infiniti Q70L and a 1997 Chevrolet Silverado occurred on the eastbound side of Interstate 70 in the area of Missouri State Route 141. Both vehicles were totaled as a result of the accident and had to be towed from the scene.
The driver in the Infiniti, 38-year-old Erica Brown, sustained moderate injuries in the accident. Brown was transported to Mercy St. Louis Hospital by St. Charles County ambulance District for emergency medical treatment.
