Lincoln, MO (June 23, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Lincoln area ended in injuries. At around 3:55 p.m., on June 20, emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a crash on South Highway W.
Reports from Missouri State Highway Patrol show that a 2005 Ford Focus was traveling south on Highway W. At the same time, a 2001 GMC Sierra was traveling northbound on the same roadway. For unknown reasons, the vehicles collided near 3451 South Highway W.
Both vehicles were left with significant damage and had to be towed from the scene.
The driver of the Ford, 28-year-old Graham Leslie, sustained serious injuries in the accident. He was transported to SSM Health St Joseph Hospital Lake St Louis by Lincoln County ambulance for further care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
