Lincoln, MO (June 17, 2022) – One woman was left injured as a result of a motor vehicle accident that took place in Lincoln. Just after 7 p.m., on June 13, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of an auto accident on Route U.
Reports from authorities show that a 2013 Mini Cooper failed to yield the right of way to a 2022 Volkswagen Tiguan on Route U in the area of US Highway 61. As a result, the two vehicles collided.
The driver of the Volkswagen, 55-year-old Carey Stubblefield, was injured in the crash. She was transported by Lincoln County Ambulance to SSM Health St Joseph Hospital in Lake St Louis for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
