Marshfield, MO – Three Injured in Auto Accident on MO-38

Marshfield, MO (June 4, 2022) – Three people were transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital in Springfield following a motor vehicle accident in Webster County on Wednesday evening, June 1. Just before 4:50 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the site of a crash on Missouri State Route 38.

Reports from authorities show that a collision between a 1998 Oldsmobile Regency and a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado occurred on the highway just three miles west of Marshfield. The incident caused moderate delays in the area as emergency crews worked to clear the scene.

Three people involved in the crash were transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri for medical care. Authorities identified the victims as 56-year-old John Brown, 58-year-old Jimmy Brown, and 80-year-old Barbara Johnson.
