St Charles, MO – Car Crash with Injuries Reported on US-61 near Richard Dr

St Charles, MO (June 12, 2022) – A vehicle collision reported in St. Charles left one man injured. At around one p.m., on June 9, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified that an automobile accident took place on US Highway 61.

Reports provided by authorities show that a collision between a 2010 Chevrolet HHR and a 2007 Sterling LT 9500 took place on the northbound side of US Highway 61 at the intersection of Richard Drive. The Chevrolet was totaled as a result of the accident and had to be towed from the scene.

EMS rendered aid to 21-year-old Charles Ewing at the scene. He was then transported by Christian Hospital EMS to DePaul Hospital for further medical treatment.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
