Cooper, MO (March 30, 2022) – Two people were left with moderate injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in the Cooper area on Tuesday afternoon, March 29. Just after 1:10 p.m., authorities were notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash on Interstate 70.
Reports provided by authorities show that a 2007 Ford Edge and a 2019 Peterbilt collided on the westbound side of Interstate 70 near mile marker 111.6.
The two people inside the Ford were injured. EMS transported 28-year-old Kimberly Cline and 56-year-old Carolyn Cline to University Hospital in Columbia for the treatment of injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
