Crosby, MO (March 20, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident reported in Andrew County claimed one young child’s life. At around 5:50 p.m., on March 17, emergency crews were requested at the scene of a traffic-related incident on County Road 279.
Reports from authorities show that a 2013 GMC Sierra was traveling in the area of 20722 County Road 279. For unknown reasons, it struck a 3-year-old male from Crosby, Missouri.
The young child was rushed by Andrews County EMS to Mosaic Life Care in Saint Joseph where he passed away from his injuries.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
