East Prairie, MO (March 30, 2022) – One woman was left with moderate injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in Mississippi County on Tuesday evening, March 28. At around 8:35 p.m., authorities were dispatched to the scene of an accident on Missouri State Route 105.
Reports provided by authorities show that a collision between a 2010 Kia Ford and a 2012 Ford F-250 occurred on Missouri State Route 105 just three miles north of East Prairie. The impact of the crash sent the Kia off the left side of the roadway.
The driver of the Kia, 27-year-old Abigail Funderburk, sustained injuries in the accident. Funderburk was transported by ambulance to St Francis for emergency medical care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
