Hartville, MO (March 14, 2022) – A motor vehicle accident in Wright County left one man injured. At around 6:15 p.m., on March 12, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a traffic-related incident on Highway 5.

Reports from authorities show that a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2000 GMC Sierra collided on Highway 5 just one mile south of Hartville.

The driver of the Chevrolet sustained moderate injuries in the accident. EMS transported 26-year-old Dylan Willhite to Cox South Hospital in Springfield for care.

At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
