Jefferson, MO (March 20, 2022) – An auto accident reported in the Jefferson area ended in injuries. At around 3:12 p.m., on March 17, the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to the scene of an auto accident on Route A.
Reports from MSHP Trooper BS Giesler show that a 2017 GMC Acadia attempted to cross the westbound side of Highway A. As a result, the vehicle crashed into a 1996 Ford Taurus near Pioneer Road.
The driver of the Ford, 40-year-old Tyson Watson, sustained injuries in the accident. Watson was transported by Joachim-Plattin Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital for care.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
